Sheila Cunha is a California Native attended college in San Francisco and Hayward. She is approaching her 17th year as a member of Bay East Association of Realtors and is proud of her many accomplishments as a Realtor®.
She is passionate about the real estate industry and strives to give back and to also promote professionalism in the Real Estate Industry. She serves on the Board of Directors for her association and is Past President of Central County Marketing Group. She sits on Professional Standards Committee, is a member and past Chair of Local Government Relations Committee, is a Bay East Certified Mediator, provides Ombudsman services for her Realtor associates, was on the Bay East Leadership task force committee and is a State Director for the California Association of Realtors. She was the 2015 President for Womens Council of Realtors for Southern Alameda County.
In 2007 she was appointment by County Supervisor Nate Miley to serve on the Municipal Advisory Committee in Castro Valley to hear Land Issues regarding development and general issues affecting the township. She worked on the General Plan update and she is able to utilize this knowledgeable when working with developers building new homes in the County.
She works for Legacy Real Estate and Associates in Pleasanton and is one of the select members of the Presidents Club! She volunteers many hours in the various communities she works in with fundraisers and special events for their communities.
She has helped many buyers and sellers throughout the East Bay purchase and sell homes (many in distress). Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful events that can happen in ones lifetime and helping her clients navigate through the transaction process is a task she takes great pride in. Her clients become clients for life and many close friends after the transaction closes!
She takes great pride in participating in the Code of Ethics 100 Years Centennial with the National Association of Realtors!
