    When Elsa Nelson met Mark Shelton in the early 80's while working for a large Real Estate Brokerage, a partnership between the two was almost natural. As lead participants in the expansion division of their company, they set to travel the country opening over 125 brokerages in all major metropolitan markets. Years of experience taught them how to find the perfect location, staff and office and recruit top Sales Agents. Their success during this time gave them the drive and confidence to open their own Brokerage. So they planted roots of their own in Beverly Hills, California and the Greater Los Angeles area became their playground.

    Elsa's favorite saying is "Do the Right Thing at the Right Time.' And when the time came for Mark to retire, she on-boarded her daughter and recent MBA graduate, Victoria Aguilar. With a strong emphasis in marketing and advertising, Victoria's expertise & leadership was just what the company needed to propel not just the company's brand but also the marketing of each listing.

    The mother daughter duo also bring a family feel to the Brokerage that makes you feel at home the second you meet them. Their tag-team leadership allows for company agility, being able to pivot company direction with the quickly changing marketplace. With Victoria's husband Erik managing the behind the scenes operations, an in-house attorney, Glenn Stevens & incredible support staff, the Nelson Shelton office runs efficiently & precisely. 

    Adding to that, their recent affiliation with a large international brand, ERA under the umbrella of Realogy, the largest conglomerate of Real Estate companies in the world, has now given Nelson Shelton a global stage. With thousands of Realogy affiliated offices worldwide, the listings held by Nelson Shelton now receive a wider audience.

    And with Los Angeles as the melting pot of the world, the company is now able to extend advertising efforts at a level that matches their competitors.

    Today, with over 300 agents and staff servicing the Greater Los Angeles area, Nelson Shelton is thriving.
