    I graduated with a degree in Business Economics in 1981 from the University of the Philippines, Dean's List, 1977. I entered the field of real estate at the height of the recession in 1990. The odds were definitely against me but I made it- now over 14 years in the business.
    I specialize in the sale of single-family homes, condominium projects, high-end condominiums, and residential income properties in Los Angeles. In short, the best of the Westside. My sales are over $100 million.
    I am fortunate to have worked with the most demanding of clients, the real estate builders of publicly traded companies and big developers of the Westside whose projects I have successfully sold-out.
