My favorite aspect of being a Realtor is solving the unique challenges every new day brings. No two houses are ever alike and no two clients are ever alike either (this is true even when they are married to each other)! Taking the time and effort to find a truly perfect property that meets every individual's top priorities, in the right location, at the right price requires healthy measures of diligence, patience and experience. Buying or selling a home is not something most people have to deal with on a regular basis; in fact, with a few exceptions, most people only go through that process a handful of times throughout the course of their entire lifetime. That makes it nearly impossible to keep up with the ever-changing market, financing regulations, legalities and fine print that affect each and every real estate transaction that takes place, let alone having to deal with inspections, repairs, title issues, etc. ( the list goes on and on). While having a real estate professional to help you is one of the best decisions you can make, it's important to realize that all agents are not the same AND that you have a choice. Having the right agent on your side is truly vital to your success in ultimately securing the right property. So, before you settle for the first agent who crosses your path, ask yourself if that agent comes across as being knowledgeable, capable and genuinely concerned about your situation (or, do you get the feeling that they are more focused on meeting their sales quotas and out-doing the competition)?

I believe that the reason they send their friends and family members to me is because they know I will take good care of them. My goal never has been and never will be to be the "multi-million dollar top sales producing volume selling machine" of the office. I know that there is only ONE successful closing that matters to you ... and that is yours, so I stake my reputation on making sure my clients know I am engaged and committed the making them a top priority from start to finish. There is truly no greater reward to me than handing someone the key to a house that I know they will love and enjoy for many years to come; one that they can comfortably afford and still have room for a great quality of life, too. That is the reason I became a Realtor in the first place and it's the reason I still love what I do.
