Mr. Floyd was the most down to earth realtor I know. He made sure I found exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. If something wasn't to my approval or not what I expected he definitely went over and beyond to make that happen and make sure that I was very satisfied. No question was a silly question or bad question, he answered them all and if he didn't know it, he would get it. Mr. Floyd made feel it was easy breezy and I didn't have to worry about a thing.
