As a real estate professional, I offer you compassionate real estate expertise that you can trust. I have been in the real estate industry to almost 12 years & in sales for about 23 years! Wow, does time fly! I sold wine & then power tools, having national accounts & sales manager roles before landing in real estate. I truly love working with & helping people! My goal when you work with me to buy or sell is to make the entire process as simple as possible for you. Real estate is all about change, specifically individuals & families that are making a change. Change can be tough, it can be exciting & everything in between. I believe in communication & managing expectations from the get go & every step of the way. I will do what I say that I am going to do & always work to treat others with general adherence to the golden rule. Very simple really. I believe strongly in continuing professional development. I have completed the in-depth training program to earn the Accredited Buyer Representative certification from the National Association of Realtors. I continue to take on additional training in areas such as negotiation, marketing, staging and other current topics. I am committed to helping shape the future of our industry. As the Director of New Agent Development at Restaino & Associates, I create programs for new agents, review contracts, mentor & recruit new agents. I am well positioned to help those in our area, as I am a Dane County native myself. I was born in Madison & have lived in Mt Horeb since 1998. Madison & it's surrounding communities have so much to offer & the quality of life here in truly fantastic! I also partner with many local businesses to help relocating employees & their families find homes/communities to thrive in here. I believe we are all in this together. I commit to donating time and/or funds for the causes that I am passionate about & in my community. I am an active community member, past Rotary president, current board member, social/PR chair, a Mt Horeb Chamber board member, school volunteer, past youth coach, past Board of Trustee member for DAIS & current supporter. I have also had many service members in my family past/current & many friends who serve. Any opportunity that I get to serve those who serve is a great honor. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, being outdoors doing anything active--running, walking my dog at the dog park, boating & reading. Fun fact, I have German/Swiss lineage & do speak a bit of German, would like to learn more Spanish. Looking forward to meeting you & helping you through your change! Cheers!
