When we first met with Melissa we valued her knowledge of the lake home market. Her ability to offer suggestions to make our home show well and the offering of top notch photography to display our home were value added. She is very personable and we felt very comfortable working with her through out the process. Her Tuesday phone call gives you that chance to catch up on anything that is going on with your transaction. But that is not to say she was not available anytime we had questions or concerns. Comparing her to the other realtors we have worked with in recent years, she truly is a cut above.
