Kyle is a top notch guy. He is knowledgeable about the area and upcoming city projects, which helped me decide on a location for a home. He is courteous and patient. We have looked at dozens of houses together and he has never been pushy and is very good about pointing out the positive and possibly worrisome items in a house. He is responsive to texts, calls and emails and always upbeat and positive. You couldn't ask for a better agent.

I was very Lucky to have Kyle as my agent. He is very knowledgeable about the local markets and the quality of the properties. He always answed my texts or emails fast.
He explained the process and helped me along the way. I had been shopping for the last couple years trying to find the right property, and Kyle was never trying to rush me.

Kyle listed our home on a Wed and by Thurs we had an accepted offer. Needless to say it was an overwhelming time for us. Kyle was extremely helpful in keeping us calm and on track. At the same time we were selling, Kyle helped us to buy our new home. If we had a question he responded immediately and with an honest answer. If he didn't know the answer to the question, he told us, and then went and found the answer. He was spot on with everything he told us would happen and the timeline of things that needed to be done on our part. I hope to never have to move again but if I did, without question, I'd call Kyle.

Kyle is great. He knew we were difficult buyers when he started working with us. We looked at 12 properties before we placed our first offer. After that it was a smooth process. I won't use another Realtor.

Kyle was amazing to work with. I know he doesn't get much ROI for a foreclosure of this price but he treated me and my family with the utmost respect and professionalism. Kyle made buying a house a quick and simple process. Always answered my calls even after regular business hours. Explained everything to me step by step. My situation was different because I bought a forclosure, but from time I found a home to closing was just over a month. 5 stars for Kyle!
