My Client Reviews
Haley has been a pleasure to work with. She was attentive to any questions and returned all calls promptly. Anything I asked was addressed as soon as possible, whether it required a call to the sellers realtor, inspector, title company etc. Hard worker and very professional. She was even working and keeping in contact with me from the hospital on the day she gave birth to her son. We were viewing a home(the one I ended up purchasing) just a couple days later............that pretty much says it all. I highly recommend Haley. Ten of ten.
Haley McKay not only has an incredible knowledge of the Tampa Bay real estate market, but she is intuitive as to what both the buyer and seller desire from a mutually beneficial transaction. Haley was a strong resource during the entire process including the initial search, negotiation process, and the closing. She has great communication skills and natural professionalism. Haley provided insightful negotiating recommendations which were spot on accurate. She is an strong advocate and resource to have on your side whether buying or selling. Haley is first real estate professional which I would recommend to family, friends, and acquaintances. Haley McKay - thank you! Exceeded all my expectations!

Interest rates remain at historic lows (2.66%)2. Inventory is also at historic lows (5 weeks inventory vs. usual of 5 months)3. Escalating migration to Florida has accelerated demand for more housing4. 1, 2 & 3 causing prices to in...

With interest rates at historic lows, refinancing a mortgage can seem like an easy decision. Before you do, consider these points:Will you be in your home two years from now? If not, the cost of refinancing likely will not offset the gain from a lower interest rate. What is the chance interest rates will continue to decline? If likely, waiting could save you even more money. In today's environment, there is little room for rates to decline minimizing this concern. How many years do you have ...
