Irene was very instrumental in the entire transaction process through the closing procedure. Her dedication involved making sure that I obtain the land I so desire to own. Aswering questions and resolving issues throughtout the transaction process, I was able to acquire the land in the area I so cherish to be.
If you are buying or selling real estate, Irene is definitely the person you want on your team. She is organized, personable and so easy to work with. She has a fabulous eye for detail and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area. She is a wonderful communicator, keeping you well informed all along the process. Irene works so hard for you, you might think you were her only client! I wouldn't work with anyone else.
Irene was wonderful. From listing to closing she was professional and communicated well. Answered all my questions and held my hand when I need it. Highly recommend.

Irene was professional and relentlessly marketed our home . She was respectful of our schedule and even cared for our dog during showings when we couldnât be there. We were able to sell our home quickly because of her steadfast attention and eye for the market.
I had the pleasure of working with Irene last year, selling my very old house. She was there to answer all of my questions and concerns as it had been many years since selling a home. Throw into the mix that COVID 19 hit and everything came to quick stop., Irene continued to have buyers she search out for my very unique property. In the end we're not able to close but that wasn't for lack of hard work on Irene's part I will call on her again when looking to buy or sell!!!!!
