Gina was great! She listened to our needs (which were fairly specific) & looked out for our best interest. She worked well with our work schedules, even if it meant bringing a flashlight on site for a late afternoon/evening viewing. She worked hard to help us find our home, and all that work was very much appreciated.

Gina was great! She was there for us through the emotional ups & downs of home buying. She was there, with flashlights on the ready, when all we could view were homes after dark due to our work schedules. Gina was a sound voice of reason when our home buying/searching brains felt swamped and overwhelmed. When the time comes for us to sell/move (dear god, may it be many years from now) I'll be calling on Gina to be our listing agent.

Starting anew is daunting, to be sure. Gina was there for us, ever patient as we looked at 9 houses in one day. She has a reassuring tone, is organized and let us "drive" our search. This is because she truly listened when we first contacted her with our list of "must haves". Never pushy. Just supportive.

Gina was a very knowledgeable, competent agent. She knows the housing market in Fort Mill andworks hard for her client. I would recommend her further.

I didn't know Gina until she was chosen to list my house. From the beginning until the end (even though in her words it never truly ends, she always supports her clients even after the sale) she exceeded my expectations in every area. This sale was very unique and she couldn't have been more professional or supportive. I highly recommend Gina and couldn't trust her any more after working with her!

My family relocated to Charlotte and it was fate that paired us with Gina. She had the knowledge, patience and connections to help not only first time home buyers, but newbies to the area. We love our home and are indebted to Gina for helping find it. Gina also goes above and beyond after the home buying process as well. She's welcomed us to Charlotte, given us advice on handymen, plumbers, and the important things like restaurants. Gina didn't just help guide us during our home purchase but she helped us navigate our relocation. Truly an asset to have in your corner. Thanks, GiGi!

Gina was simply the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick-witted when we needed a laugh, she is everything we could have hoped for taking a huge step such as this. She was on top of every confusing email from the lender, and she was exactly the person we needed to tell us, 'yeh, you should require repair for that' or 'hey, that's a minor issue you can probably handle with little trouble and avoid delaying the closing.' She was in tune with our needs totally. We loved her willingness to take us wherever we wanted to go, and her understanding when the first thoughts of a house were 'this isn't for us.' She was especially in tune with my husband's fear of snakes and the need to have a certain type of landscaping. We really are pleased. I would totally use her over and over again if buying houses weren't so expensive; we will stick to this purchase for awhile. But if you're looking for a realtor, stop looking and call Gina. You won't regret it.

Gina was very professional and very personable. In addition she provided a great deal of pertinent information and was able to answer almost all of our questions. If she did not have answers she made sure to contact the appropriate person to get the answers. She has continued to stay in touch and provide us with updated information about units as they come on the market which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend her very highly to anyone who plans to look at real estate in the area and we look forward to a continued relationship with Gina.

Gina was amazing to work with. I was a first-time home buyer and she was extremely helpful in navigating through the entire process. She was extremely patient and responsive when it came to answering my plethora of questions. Perhaps even more importantly, I felt she had my best interest at heart and made sure to get a fair price, which took a lot of stress out of the process. If and when it comes time to sell, I will definitely ask her to be my listing agent.

Gina sold my house in Providence Plantation in just 2 months and was so pleasant to work with. She was always willing to talk to me when I had concerns and was also so easy to get along with. The first person I talked to about listing my house was more interested in selling my house as fast as she could by wanting to list it much lower than I wanted. Gina sold our house for exactly what we wanted for it and we were very happy with her. I highly recommend her.

Gina has been super responsive and easy to work with. She is an active listener and asks good questions to help us evaluate homes we are considering in our search. Gina has also helped us with advice on how to get our home ready to sell in a budget friendly way. We haven't gone through the buying process yet, so I can't comment on her negotiating skills.

Gina is an awesome people person and really listens to the customer to totally understand what they are looking for. She has helped us in the past and would always choose her in the future.

Unlike 99.9% of first-time home buyers, I was NOT excited about buying a house! I saw it as a big, intimating decision that I wasn't sure I was ready for. Fortunately, Gina held my hand throughout the entire process. It also helped that she was excited enough for both of us! She made the process easy and told me everything I needed to do every step of the way. It was a lot easier than I expected it to be - thanks to Gina. What I liked the most about working with Gina is that she really LISTENED. And she didn't disappear as soon as I signed all the paperwork - she has checked in with me to make sure all was going well since then. I would absolutely recommend Gina to both first-time home buyers and more experienced buyers and sellers.

With Gina, my house was under contract the FIRST DAY it was listed!!! I took a chance on Gina as a referral from another person. With so many realtor options out there I've been truly blessed that she and I connected. Other realtors required I immediately sign a listing contract with them before they even help me. Gina did the work up front before I signed with her and it paid off because I had no doubts she was the right match. My house is unique in the area and was a tricky one to price due to lack of comps. Gina went the extra mile to determine the right price. She's very responsive via email/text/phone and truly is good at what she does. She puts heart into it and I can feel that she truly cares about her clients.

Could not have found a better realtor/person/friend.....Gina is so very caring, genuine, and truly has her clients needs/wants at heart!! She is never pushy or overbearing. I refer Gina to everyone that I know who is considering the purchase of a home or selling a home. We will definitely use Gina for all future purchases!

We had the distinct pleasure of Gina's representation in the sale of a home we owned in Waxhaw. Within the first week, we had three offers, and through her guidance, very easily selected and negotiated with the eventual buyer, and were most happy with the results. I/we wholeheartedly recommend Gina for any real estate events you may need.
