I am most proud of developing a professional team of agents in assisting buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process. At ERA Waldrop Real Estate we stay focused on our buyers and sellers end results by continually re-educating ourselves in the forever changing real estate market.
As Broker/Owner I take full responsibility for the team of agents that work so diligently for our clients. My job does not stop at the office, assisting agents is only one part of what I believe makes a successful team. I believe strongly that a person must have a deep understanding of our community. I serve on several community boards, appointed by the Mayor and by past State Representatives providing great insight on the direction our community is headed. Know your community, get involved and help shape the very city you live so that you can be the best advocate for your customers. I expect our company to serve generations of home buyers and sellers, it is our duty to help make Cullman and Cullman County the best possible place to live.
Our office has won numerous ERA National Recognition for sales and service. I pledge we will do our best to serve those that entrust us in what may be the biggest financial decision they ever make. Before starting my career in Real Estate I worked in a family business, Smith and Waldrop Pontiac and Buick dealership. My family served the north Alabama region for over 50 years in the car business. Well, they did not run me out of town then, I'm still around, providing honest sincere work.
