My name is Gary Smith, and I am married with five wonderful children. My home is in Dothan, Alabama. After completing high school, I pursued higher education at Gulf State College, where I focused on Business Administration. This education laid the foundation for my successful career journey.
I spent a rewarding 25 years as an executive in commercial banking, where I was able to utilize my skills to contribute significantly to the financial sector. Following that fulfilling chapter, I ventured into a new role as a financial advisor, dedicating five years to providing valuable guidance to my clients, helping them with stocks, bonds, and other investment options.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I find great fulfillment in giving back to the community and engaging in various philanthropic activities. Before obtaining my real estate license, I had the privilege of working with Autistic children in the Bay District School system in Panama City, Florida. This experience allowed me to make a positive impact on the lives of these children and their families, and it holds a special place in my heart.
Throughout the years, I have actively participated in the Chamber of Commerce in Florida, contributing to the growth and success of local businesses.
Additionally, I have volunteered in various capacities for church programs and charitable activities, where I've been able to witness the positive change these initiatives bring to our community.
