"Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world."
-Franklin D. Roosevelt
I've always had a love of real estate and seen in it the many facets and roles it plays. I'm fascinated by how it crosses the divide between emotional and logical. It's both the safe haven I share with my family and one of the most exciting financial investments I've ever taken on. It started when I was growing up with drawings of house plans laid out or tucked away around the house that my mother did just for fun. It grew into seeing an old, run-down home and immediately dreaming of what hard work and ingenuity could create out of what many would simply see as a mess. It always creates an uncontrollable desire to know as much as I can about it. I care about real estate. When you care about what you do, it's a game changer in the success you have, how successful you can be for someone else, and how much fun you can have doing it. There's a method to the madness of the real estate world. I can be your method to the madness.
