My Background:
I was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. I went to the University of Alabama for college where I received my Masters in Tax Accounting. I married my high school sweetheart, and we have three beautiful children. We reside in Pike Road, Alabama.
After working a few years in Birmingham after college, we decided to move back to our hometown to raise our children surrounded by their grandparents and extended family. In 2019, I stepped away from my career in public accounting as a CPA. I didn't know what the future held for me in my career, but I needed that time at home with my family and to raise my children.
Fast forward a few years, my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Through that journey, I found my purpose and my passion and started living in it. I realized I have an eye for real estate. I also have a passion to help the people in my community to live abundantly. For me, part of that is loving where you live and having peace and joy in your home. I truly want that for everyone!
With my CPA background, eye for detail, vision for real estate, and passion to live abundantly, I realized I had been given a gift and opportunity to serve my community as a real estate agent. It has been one of the best decisions I've made!
My Hobbies:
Running - I have a goal to run a half marathon or full marathon in all 50 states (+ D.C.)! I'm currently 3 states in with plans to complete 5 states in 2025. I also enjoy running local races to raise money for various organizations in my community. I started my running career with Disney races & I still do those with a group of friends. #anagentontherun
Coffee - I love coffee! The taste, the energy, the community it brings is very heart warming to me. I love to get out of the office on Fridays and visit a coffee shop to work. It breaks up the week, and it allows me to see my neighbors! I also love visiting new coffee shops when I'm traveling. #coffeeandcontacts
Spending time with family - We are blessed to have a little slice of Heaven here on Earth, and I love being at home with my family. We have plenty of outdoor activities and animals to keep us busy. I LOVE where I LIVE! #lovewhereyoulive
Traveling - I've recently started to enjoy traveling. I am excited that my running goal is going to take me all over the United States, and I hope to take my family to the majority of the states. We can learn and appreciate so much when we travel to new places and see how other parts of our world live. It gives us an awareness and learning experience unlike anything else. Outside of the US, I'd love to travel to Italy, Greece, and Israel.
