Taylor Suco entered the world of real estate with a clear purpose: to help people find their forever home while building a career that allows him to prioritize what matters most — time with his daughter. Drawn to the flexibility and opportunity real estate provides, Taylor has spent the past two years serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the greater Birmingham area.
While Taylor proudly assists clients with all of their real estate needs, he has a particular passion for investment properties and fix-and-flip projects. He understands the potential real estate holds as a wealth-building tool and enjoys helping clients identify opportunities that align with their long-term goals.
Born in Birmingham and raised primarily in Anniston, Alabama, Taylor returned to Birmingham after college and is proud to serve the communities he calls home. What he loves most about real estate is guiding neighbors and friends through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives — step by step — often building lifelong friendships along the way.
Taylor lives by the simple but powerful principle: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” Whether working with a first-time buyer, seasoned seller, or experienced investor, he treats every client like family and leads them through the process with honesty, care, and dedication.
When he’s not working with clients, you can find Taylor spending time with his daughter, golfing, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors.
