Lane Nelson
Lane is a native of Conway, Arkansas with a lengthy career in commercial real estate, real estate development,
and banking. As a former member of senior management with Walmart Real Estate, as well as a role with
Baptist Health's real estate management team, Lane has experience spanning multiple asset classes and
geographies, both within the state and nationwide, specifically focused on new development, leasing, and site
selection, including retail, office, and ground up development assets.
Lane's focus is now on real estate development, focusing specifically on high-end residential development. As
a licensed builder in Arkansas Lane brings his breadth of expertise to deliver top quality custom home projects
to the Conway and surrounding communities.
Lane and his wife Jordan both reside in Conway with their two boys, two dogs, and cat. Lane is actively
involved in his community, serving as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for his neighborhood
Property Owners Association. Lane's interest include spending time with his family, and cheering on the
Razorbacks.
