I have been a licensed Realtor® in Arkansas since 2004, and helping people find their place to call home has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. After traveling the country, I returned home to Arkansas in 2001 to help care for my aging parents. I am also proud to be the wife of Tim Permenter, a U.S. Navy veteran who served our country for 22 years.
My passion is helping buyers find their dream homes and guiding sellers as they move on to the next chapter of their lives. I believe real estate is about so much more than buying or selling a house—it’s about people, relationships, and finding the right place for the next season of life.
I strive to be an excellent communicator and to make every client’s experience as organized, smooth, and stress-free as possible. I’m especially proud that 99% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals from their friends and family. Over the years, many of my clients have become lifelong friends, and those relationships are among the greatest rewards of what I do.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me hiking, backpacking, or riding horses. I also have a special place in my heart for animals and have given loving homes to nearly 30 abandoned dogs over the past 22 years.
