I am Hunter Kitchens, a REALTOR® with Collier & Associates and the owner of White Buffalo Construction, a licensed and insured home builder in Northwest Arkansas. I help people find the land, buy the home, and build on it.
I grew up in Oklahoma City and came to Northwest Arkansas in 2015 for college. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2018 and have been selling real estate ever since. This is home now. I live in Bella Vista with my wife Ally, and off the clock you will find us traveling, camping, fly fishing the White River, or on a golf course.
I work with buyers, sellers, landowners, and investors across Bella Vista, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, Pea Ridge, and the entirety of Northwest Arkansas.
What I enjoy most is helping people build their financial futures through real estate. For investors, that is rental property or apartment complex that makes sense on paper and in person. For families, it is a home with the greatest chance to appreciate that still feels safe and feels like home.
Some of my favorite work is finding the right piece of land for someone's dream home, and I walk it like a builder, because I am one. Perc and septic, utilities, access, and what it will actually cost to build there. I will tell you plainly whether a lot deserves an offer and what it would take to make it a home.
