Kathy Scharff
Kathy Scharff is a Northwest Arkansas Realtor with Collier & Associates, helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, and the surrounding Northwest Arkansas communities. Kathy believes exceptional real estate service starts with listening. Every client, every home, and every situation is unique, and she takes the time to understand what matters most to the people she represents. Whether buying, selling, relocating to Northwest Arkansas, or investing, Kathy’s goal is to make the process as smooth and manageable as possible. She is hands-on, responsive, and attentive to every detail—from preparing and positioning a home for the market to navigating negotiations and handling the unexpected challenges that can arise along the way. With seven years of experience in Northwest Arkansas real estate, Kathy brings local market knowledge, creativity, strong negotiation skills, and a highly personalized approach to every transaction. What matters most to her is ensuring her clients feel well represented, well informed, and genuinely cared for. Kathy is committed to being in her clients’ corner from the first conversation through closing—and long after the keys have changed hands. For her, the greatest compliment is when a past client chooses to work with her again or trusts her enough to recommend her to someone they care about.

“This is our second time working with Kathy... She is upfront, honest, savvy, and very skilled as a real estate agent. She also goes beyond all of that to be kind and helpful and went out of her way to tend to every single detail for us. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure to work with her again.”
— Sharon & Bill D.
“Kathy was thoughtful, thorough, resourceful, and represented our best interests every step of the way when selling and purchasing our new home. No problem was too big or small for her, and the attention to detail was second to none.”
— Seth G.
“We are extremely grateful to have had Kathy on our side during our house hunting. Most importantly, she listened carefully when we shared what we wanted most in a house. She took the time to get to know us, which allowed her to lead us to a wonderful home. Kathy was by our side even after the papers were signed and is still only a call away.”
— Matt & Paige L.
“Although clicking five stars is easy... earning it in real estate is not. But Kathy certainly deserves five stars. She is committed to serving the best interests of her clients. After a brief call to Kathy, she went into action and did not slow down until our offer came inafter just one day on the market. SOLD IN ONE DAY!”
— David H....
