Lisa Spencer has called Northwest Arkansas home for more than 45 years and has been a licensed real estate professional for 18 years. As an Executive Broker, her deep knowledge of the area, combined with her commitment to serving others, allows her to guide clients with experience, patience, and a personal touch.
Lisa has served on the MLS Committee for the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors and spent several years on the City of Elm Springs Planning Commission. She has also mentored other real estate agents, sharing the knowledge and experience she has gained throughout her career.
Lisa has worked alongside local estate-planning attorneys, helping families navigate the real estate portion of the probate process with care and compassion. Having personally experienced the probate process, she understands how incredibly difficult and overwhelming it can be. She strives to ease the burden for families by providing knowledgeable guidance and dependable support during a challenging time.
She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and strives to make the experience understandable and fun. A strong communicator, Lisa keeps her clients informed throughout every step of the transaction and continues to be a trusted source of information long after the sale.
