Nova Stephenson
Nova Stephenson and her family are excited to now call Northwest Arkansas home, having relocated after her husband accepted a corporate position with Walmart and the family went through Walmart's relocation program. They're currently residing in Springdale while they build their new home on Beaver Lake. Prior to this move, Nova and her family were longtime Boerne, Texas residents since 2013, and before that, San Antonio — proudly calling Texas home for over 28 years. Having grown up in a military family, Nova has lived all over the U.S. and abroad, giving her a deep appreciation for what makes a place — and a community — truly feel like home.
Nova is thrilled to join the team at Collier & Associates, bringing her passion for real estate and client service to the Northwest Arkansas market. Her many certifications, personal real estate investing experience, interior decorating and home staging background, along with 20+ years of managing exemplary sales teams, give her a unique skill set in successfully helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Nova's areas of expertise include residential, land/acreage, new construction, and real estate investing.
Throughout her career in Texas, Nova remained deeply active in her community — including involvement with the Hill Country Women in Business (where she formerly served as Philanthropy Chair and was a 2020 Woman of the Year nominee), board service with Hill Country Mission for Health, and volunteer work with several local organizations throughout the year. She and her husband are longtime members of their local Airstream Club chapter and love to travel with family, friends, and their two dogs as often as possible. Nova looks forward to putting down roots in her new Northwest Arkansas community and building the same kind of meaningful local connections here....
