Katie Steen's philosophy is pretty simple- great customer service! Katie strives to provide her clients with well-informed advice, consistent communications, great attention to detail and tons of hard work! Katie started her real estate career right here at ERA with office management, she then went on to broaden that experience by working for the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corp. and was Director of Yuma Main Street, focusing on downtown revitalization. She spent over 8 years doing housing development for the city which included land acquisition, project management and new construction sales. Overall Kati has experience in all aspects of real estate including rental property management. Katie comes from the East coast where she grew up and obtained her bachelor degree in business/marketing. She had been residing in Yuma for over 20 years. Katie has three boys who she loves to spend time with and cheer them on in sports.
