Now affiliated with Nelson Shelton and Associates in Beverly Hills, CA as a Commercial Realtor.® Some Milestones: In 1980, I moved to Los Angeles and started buying and renovating many single-family homes in Hollywood. I sold these homes for large profits, thereby cementing my love for all things real estate. Pivoting to multi-family properties in 1997, I started with the purchase of Villa Della Luna, a 1935 Spanish Courtyard Apartment Building in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. I completely restored to museum-quality each apartment. Later, in 2013, I sold the property for a gross profit of $2.8 million. After many successful years of personal real estate endeavors, I am now helping people build wealth through investing in real estate.
