Jim Nelson
I have lived in San Diego since my family moved here in 1963, My wife, Nancy and I have 4 beautiful children, all grown and pursuing their dreams...I began selling real estate in 2002 after a career in education. What I love most about it is the people I get to meet and work with. There is nothing more satisfying! I have achieved great success year after year and that is purely due to satisfied clients. I am easy to work with and am a good listener. My job is to serve you well and help you achieve your goals. I attended California Lutheran University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. I went on to The University of Phoenix where I earned my Teacher's Certificate. I taught 4th and 5th grades for 26 years prior to passing the state exams for my real estate license. I service all of San Diego County as I am a longtime resident and am very familiar with the entire area. I do my research and am fully prepared to assist you wherever your need might be.
