Novell is also committed to serving our community; she sponsors an annual ‘Back-To-Work for Women’ suit drive. This event has been very successful in helping women in need of a suit for job interviews, graduating students and just needing a suit to complete their wardrobe. As we all know, when we look good, we feel good! With the help of colleagues and other community advocates they received and donated gently used suits to ladies in community colleges, unemployment agencies and an organization like Second Chance, which reaches out to women just getting out of prison. Novell also volunteers at the Garden Club in Rancho Santa Fe.
Some of her other achievements include the Bronze Club award, number 10 in Individual Sales in La Jolla and a Medal from the Heart Association for a half marathon, which she completed in 2 hours. Novell is willing to run a marathon to help her clients achieve their Real Estate Goals!
Novell is an excellent negotiator and helps her clients move forward in every step of the way to achieve their Real Estate goals. She is also a certified First Time Home Buyers Agent. Novell worked in the Political arena for 25 years. Her very first Job was working for the Commissioner of Multnomah County. Novell moved to San Diego and went to work for the City Attorney in the Domestic Violence department as an Executive Assistant. From there; Novell worked in the City Council as an Executive Assistant and Scheduler for Councilmembers. Now Novell is here to work for you!
