Bill Aboumrad
Bill Aboumrad is a second-generation realtor/broker who has been active in real estate for over 30 years. In 1971, Bill’s dad, Bill Aboumrad, Sr., opened Good Real Estate in Fremont, Calif. and, in December 1992, Bill was appointed the Broker/Owner of that company, now known as Legacy Real Estate & Associates. Bill consistently sells between $15-20M every year, $40-50M in 2021 and 2022, which puts him in the top 1% of all real estate agents nationwide. He’s a past President of the Bay East Board of REALTORS, past President of the Women Council of REALTORS California Charter and was honored among RealTrends’ America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and RisMedia’s Newsmakers. He holds a JD degree, has been featured at numerous national events and is often quoted in the San Francisco Business Times for his real estate outlook and market expertise. Bill has been married to his beautiful wife Vicky for almost 30 years and together they raised two adult children. He likes politics, baseball and runs the Little League World Series....
