In 1993, after mastering the lending space with Southland Equities and earning a broker's license in 2000 with Cambridge Home Loans in Del Mar and Solana Beach, Teva founded American Financial. For over two decades, the firm has helped first-time buyers, luxury homeowners, and seasoned investors buy, sell, hold, and secure highly competitive financing.
