After many PCS moves and finally landing in Colorado in 2011 from Heidelberg, Germany, I recognize the value a seasoned Realtor can provide when buying or selling a home. I strive daily to exceed my clients' expectations and cherish the trust they place in me.
Prior to entering real estate, I worked in the nonprofit sector, and continue that investment in the community to this day with organizations such as Girl Scouts of Colorado, Operation Homefront, and National Charity League. ERA Shields Real Estate prioritizes community involvement as well, where I serve as Chair for our Charity Committee.
I am driven by results. My listings frequently go under contract ahead of the neighborhood average time on the market, and I maximize your precious time when house-hunting by leveraging technology and employing a collaborative approach to finding a home you’ll love.
