Following a long, successful career in telecommunications, I began my Real Estate career in Dallas, TX while living near and caring for an elderly aunt. I then added Colorado to my licensing when I moved back to Colorado Springs (Denver resident 1978-2004) to provide varying levels of support to my elderly mother. I currently serve clients in Colorado Springs and on up the Front Range to Denver and Boulder or south to Pueblo. As a trusted and reliable Real Estate professional, I work with 1) Buyers and strive to pay close attention and understand their desires to find them an ideal property for them to call home; 2) Sellers to help them achieve their goal of relocation, downsizing or upgrading and 3) Investors to assist them in maximizing their return on investment. Working in Real Estate is challenging, ever-changing and exciting and I love the wide range of personalities and the people I meet in the process. I feel it is a rewarding profession that allows me the opportunity to give back to the amazing people we proudly call our military personnel. They have enough stress in their life, finding or selling their home shouldn't add to it. Active member in Good Standing with NAR and CAR.
My community involvement includes:
1) President of the Colorado Springs Philharmonic Guild supporting the Colorado Springs Philharmonic Orchestra
2) Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado
3) Team Captain (2nd year) for the MDA Muscle Walk for ERA Shields
4) MDA Summer Camp.
