Adam Priestley
A 15-year Mancos resident, Adam Priestley and his wife chose to raise their family in the Mancos area to enjoy the very best that southwest Colorado has to offer. Adam worked in construction for 22 years, giving him a deep understanding of home building. He is also a certified home inspector, enabling him to gauge the overall health of structures for clients looking to buy a house. Adam has a degree in Biology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, as well as a Master’s in Special Education from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix and a second Master’s in Administration Leadership from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City. Prior to real estate, he worked as an educator for 12 years, first as a special needs teacher and then school principal. His experience as an educator has given him outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of individual personalities. In his spare time, Adam volunteers as a youth mentor, a football coach, and a track and field coach. He enjoys gardening, refinishing old furniture, woodworking, hiking, hunting, boating and spending time outdoors. Adam says that his focus is the client: “I will take time to get to know you, your needs and your wants, so I can provide you with great options.” He adds, “It’s not just about buying and selling property, it's about developing a lifestyle that you enjoy every day.”
