A beloved household name in Coventry, Nancy Thurnauer (AKA "Officer Nancy"), has been serving her community in law enforcement for the past 32 years. Though she is most often remembered for teaching you "D.A.R.E." in the 5th grade, Nancy has moved on to a new mission; to help you find the home of your dreams. Nancy received her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Manchester Community College, and returned there for her Real Estate courses which she completed in May 2013. As a current lieutenant for the Coventry Police Department; Nancy has lived in this small Connecticut town for 49 years. She resides with her husband, Beau, their two rescue Newfoundlands; Tuukka & Tallulah, and their cat Chowder. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys snowmobiling, kayaking, quilting and weekends in Vermont but her biggest enjoyment has always been helping people.
