I'm originally from the upper Midwest. I moved down to the Fort Myers area in 2019 after retiring from my 39 year career. I moved to Florida because of the sunshine, being near the ocean for boating, and to get away from the cold winter season in Minnesota. I was a realtor in Minneapolis when I lived up there. I have extensive experience in the real estate market from selling real estate, being an investor in numerous rental properties through the years, to being the General Contractor when building 2 of my personal residences. I acted as the General Contractor on my personal residence in Minnesota as well as the General Contractor when I built my personal residence here in the Fort Myers area. With my experience in different aspects of the real estate market comes a vast amount of knowledge that I can help my clients with whether you are purchasing a new home for your personal residence, a second vacation home, or looking to purchase a property for additional rental income.
