Chris Solis has been an active member of the greater Jacksonville community for over 25 years. While serving in the Navy as an Aviation Maintenance Administrationman (AZ), he was stationed at both Naval Station Mayport (USS John F. Kennedy, HSL-60) and Naval Air Station Jacksonville (HS-75, VR-62). His other duty stations include Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, California (HCS-5), NAS Sigonella, Italy (Executive Transport Detachment, C-20), and Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas (Fleet Logistics Support Wing).
He has lived, worked, and volunteered in multiple Jacksonville areas including the Beaches, Southside, Mandarin, and Fleming Island. In addition to his service to our country, he has also served in his communities as a youth baseball coach, Cub Scout leader, and praise team musician.
With a passion for service in the Jacksonville community, Chris is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. He is a graduate of the Florida Real Estate Institute and holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management from Columbia Southern University.
As a retired Navy Senior Chief, licensed Florida Realtor, and member of the National Association of Realtors, Chris carries the values of honesty, loyalty, integrity, and outstanding customer service in everything he does. During his 20-year Navy career, he relocated (PCS) seven times and has bought and sold real estate in California, Texas, and Florida. He is also currently using his VA home loan benefit for the third time.
Chris is enthusiastic about helping and giving back to Active-Duty Service Members, Veterans of the Armed Forces, Military Retirees, DoD Civilians, and School Teachers. He is fully capable of guiding first time and experienced home buyers and sellers through the entire real estate transaction process.
When Chris is not making home ownership dreams come true for his clients, he works as a civil servant for the Department of Defense in the cyber security field, and he enjoys spending time boating, fishing, hunting, golfing, playing guitar, and traveling with his family and friends. Chris currently lives in Fleming Island with his wife and two kids.
