John Folger Sr
John Folger wants to take the stress of buying and selling real estate from his clients, making it an exciting and memorable experience. Throughout his professional career, John found himself moving numerous times. With these moves, John bought and sold several homes and properties. He uses those experiences and his real estate knowledge to give clients the best experience possible.
John graduated from “The” Ohio State University. He then began working as a general manager for a Fortune 500 Meat company before going into business for himself as a Cold Stone Creamery franchisee. After 15 years, he sold the business and began his career in real estate.
He is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service. John loves to get out and exercise and is a Level-1 Crossfit Trainer. John lives in Orange Park, Florida with his wife, Rosie. They have two grown children, John Jr., and Elaine.
