Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, I've called Florida home for over 40 years, and Lady Lake since 1992. My deep roots and firsthand knowledge of Florida's horse farm communities, 55+ lifestyle neighborhoods, and luxury home markets give my clients a powerful local advantage whether buying, selling, or relocating.
I hold advanced designations including Broker Associate, Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Distinctive Properties Certification (DPC). Real estate is more than my profession; it's my passion. I live on a 20-acre horse farm in Lady Lake, where I care for my horses and Belgian Malinois dogs. My background in horse training and competitive riding has taught me discipline, goal-setting, and perseverance, qualities I bring to every property transaction. Outside of real estate, I enjoy camping and trail riding through Florida's scenic landscapes, and caring for my 91-year-old mother, who shares my love for this beautiful state.
