Jim Richardson

Today, he enjoys time with his three grandchildren, Claire, Maggie, and Gage, who lovingly call him “Jimpa.” Jim is an active member of First Baptist Church of Leesburg and is dedicated to serving his community.
Before entering real estate, Jim spent 19 years as a commercial landscape and irrigation contractor. In 2009, Jim decided to make a change and moved into real estate. He has spent the last 16 years building a highly successful real estate career with ERA Grizzard Real Estate, earning numerous accolades along the way.
