After moving to Naples in 2021, Josh began his career in custom home construction, working within his family business, GWB Custom Homes, where he gained hands-on experience building both custom residences and spec developments. Since then, he has played a key role in establishing several local businesses, further strengthening his understanding of the Naples community and its unique real estate landscape. With a background in construction, finance, technology, and customer relations, Josh offers a blend of entrepreneurial insight and practical expertise that goes far beyond textbook knowledge.

Born in Royal Oak and raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan, Josh graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. This strong academic foundation, paired with his real-world experience, allows Josh to bring a data-driven and strategic perspective to every transaction—empowering clients to make confident, informed decisions.
Outside of real estate, Josh enjoys a full and active lifestyle. He is a car enthusiast, a dedicated gym-goer, and an avid foodie who loves exploring Naples’ diverse dining scene. He also finds balance through reading on the beach, playing golf or pickleball, and giving back to the community by volunteering at the Humane Society. Above all, he values time spent with his family, who inspire his work ethic and passion for helping others.
