Marla Richards started her career in Real Estate in the early 90s. She worked alongside her parents, Linda and Tom Grizzard who founded ERA Grizzard Real Estate, for many years as an agent and as a certified appraiser's assistant at their family owned and operated company. The Real Estate Industry has always been a passion of Marla's. She explains that she has learned from the "most compassionate and passionate experts in the Real Estate industry" her entire life, and that sets her apart. Today, she is proud to return to the industry as a REALTOR® in ERA Grizzard's Orlando office. She continues to provide her industry expertise and extensive Real Estate knowledge to home buyers and sellers in the Orange County area she proudly calls home - West Orlando. Entrepreneurship is also a strong quality of Marla's as she is a successful owner and operator of two beauty businesses in the Orange County area as well - for over 20 years! Overall, "The best part about Real Estate is the relationships that are built and cultivated. Purchasing a home can often be one of the most important decisions a person or couple makes. For home buyers, Marla prides herself in building a solid foundation with her clients to ensure they are well informed. Outside of Real Estate, Marla is the mother of twins who are both currently attending college! She loves going to the beach, boating, hanging out with her golden doodle, and is currently learning to scuba dive! She also still works behind the chair doing hair!
