Hello, my name is Nicholas John Zervos Jr. I've been married for 22 years and counting. I am a father of 6 and grandfather of 5 thus far. I live to enjoy all that life has to offer, enduring the good, the bad and the ugly, learning and infusing all the positives of life as it shapes us into who we are. I'm originally from Brooklyn, NY and for the past 25 years residing in the greater Orlando and Central Florida area. I've always had dreams of working in the real estate industry and as a child this was seeded and instilled in me becoming a desire in which today I have gratefully had the honor to achieve. Growing up I witnessed my grandfather as he helped hundreds of families secure their living accommodations. Even though It was from a multi-family business ownership standpoint the value and lessons I learned were all the same and priceless. The experience influenced and shaped my belief in taking tremendous pride and extreme honor in helping individuals and families with information on achieving their Real Estate goals and dreams. Whether it's single family homes, commercial property or real estate investing, I will always conduct myself to the fullest of my ability with integrity and transparency to always serve in the best interest of the client.
