Thomas Neubauer
Tom Neubauer is the President and CEO of ERA Neubauer Real Estate, Inc., a leading firm in the Panama City area with three offices serving Bay, Gulf, Washington, and Walton Counties. His firm is a Realogy Leads Group (CARTUS) Premier Broker and has been recognized as the top ERA company for customer satisfaction, service and community involvement. He currently serves on a number community & state boards related to economic development, military & medical. Tom graduated from Gulf Coast Community College with an Associate Degree in Real Estate, and then attended the University of West Florida, majoring in Real Estate and Management. In 1976, he married Margaret, also from an Air Force family. Tom and Margaret have three children, the oldest son works with the company and twins, a son working in multi-family property management in Charleston, SC, and a daughter,working with USAA in San Antonio, TX. Bay County, Florida, is a primary focus for Tom, where he and his family enjoy involvement in nearly every facet of community life. He serves on or chairs a variety of community boards and organizations and has been recognized for leadership roles in civic and professional endeavors.Tom was presented the Ethics in Business Award in 2001 byt the Bay County Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Clubs, and has been named the Bay County Assocation's Realtor of the Year. ERA Neubauer Real Estate has received the Jim Jackson Award for Customer Satisfaction from ERA Franchise Systems, and Tom has been recognized twice by ERA with the ERA Gene Francis Memorial Award, given annually to the top all around broker.
