Khari Nixon entered the industry in 1996. After completing the real estate sales training course he went on to focus his career instead in the mortgage industry. After a few years, he opened up his own multi-state mortgage brokerage operating in Indiana, Illinois, and Florida. He dedicated himself and his company to working alongside real estate agents and focused on primarily 1st time homebuyer clientele that needed the extra guidance and education. After moving to Florida full time, Khari completed real estate training and licensing once again and now applies his strong financing background and real estate knowledge to all of his clientele in both mortgage and real estate sales capacities.
