Cary Brengle
Born in Huntington Beach, California, and raised in the Seattle, Washington area, Cary Brengle has always appreciated the beauty of diverse communities and homes. After many years in the Pacific Northwest, he and his wife moved to sunny Florida in 2022 and have made Tampa their home. He earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in Music Education from Central Washington University and spent 31 years teaching public school music in Washington. This career instilled in him patience, dedication, and the ability to build meaningful relationships—skills he now brings to his real estate practice. Cary’s journey into real estate began alongside his wife when they started their own real estate investment company. Together, they have renovated and sold over 21 properties, managed rentals, and operated an Airbnb. His experience as a general contractor and investor gives him a deep understanding of property structures, finishes, and the numbers that make investments successful. Determined, goal-oriented, and focused on long-term results, Cary helps clients make informed decisions whether they are buying, selling, or investing. He is passionate about guiding clients through the real estate process with expertise, care, and integrity. Having lived in Tampa for four years, Cary enjoys connecting with the community and helping others find the right home in this vibrant city. In his free time, he enjoys reading, learning, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, as well as staying active at the gym. Together, they form a dedicated real estate team at Tomlin St Cyr, committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
