Elizabeth Peacock
Elizabeth Peacock is a Tampa Realtor® with Tomlin St Cyr and an eighth-generation Floridian, guided by a multigenerational family legacy shaped by land, water, and community. She brings 18 years of award-winning experience in strategic planning and engagement across higher education and healthcare, with an approach built on collaboration, stakeholder insight, and innovative solutions rooted in real people and real progress. Her family's story remains a living part of Florida's history. Wes Skiles Peacock Springs State Park carries her family name, honoring her ancestor, a physician who cared for families along the Suwannee River in the mid-1800s, and the renowned cave diver who revealed the springs to the world. Her great-grandparents purchased bayside property on Little Gasparilla Island, where Peacock Lane still bears the family name on Florida's Gulf Coast. Her grandfather, a beloved coach and educator who served as Polk County Area Superintendent, descended from pioneers who spent generations surveying land, mapping waterways, and establishing schools that shaped Florida's growth, upholding their legacy through leadership, land investments, and preserving the family's history for future generations. Born in Lakeland and raised in Bartow, Elizabeth is a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship recipient and proud alumna of the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in mass communications and public relations. She is also the recipient of the USF Outstanding Staff Award. Elizabeth earned national awards from the Association of American Medical Colleges for social media and digital innovation, the Telly Awards for digital visual storytelling, and the PRSA Tampa Bay Chapter for integrated marketing communications. She developed the nation's first live-streamed Match Day on Facebook and conceptualized campaigns validated by U.S. News & World Report, elevating peer-to-peer reputation in academic medicine. Elizabeth approaches every client with comprehensive market analysis, comparative data, and a deep understanding of Florida's land and communities. She guides buyers to homes aligned with their goals and positions sellers' properties with strategic pricing, tailored marketing, and targeted outreach to qualified buyers. Elizabeth prioritizes clear communication at every step, serving clients with market insights to guide pricing, positioning, and negotiation. A lifelong Tampa resident, she lives in one of the city's oldest historic neighborhoods among free-roaming peacocks. Elizabeth applies her photography and writing expertise to property marketing. She is a member of the Tampa Bay Chamber, Working Women of Tampa Bay, and St. Pete Girl Boss, and a supporter the American Heart Association.
