Gabrielle Hetzer
Gabrielle was born and raised in Ocala, Florida, and earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her early career began on the retail sales floor, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and team management, quickly rising to store manager and leading teams to exceed ambitious goals. She later transitioned into corporate buying and merchandising with leading lifestyle brands such as Free People, Anthropologie, and Urban Outfitters. Over the past decade, Gabrielle specialized in trend forecasting, vendor negotiations, pricing strategies, and strategic merchandising. This experience sharpened her ability to read markets, identify value, and present products in ways that drive results—skills she now brings directly into her real estate career.
Real estate was always Gabrielle’s long-term passion, fueled by her love of homes, design, and the transformative power of spaces. What excites her most about the industry is the blend of creativity and strategy, helping sellers showcase their homes beautifully, guiding buyers to envision new possibilities, and supporting investors in maximizing ROI. Her background in fashion merchandising and design gives her a unique edge, allowing her to approach every property with both a creative eye and a strategic mindset.
Having lived in Tampa for over two years after moving back from Philadelphia, Gabrielle is thrilled to be closer to her family, friends, and Florida sunshine. She’s deeply connected to her community, participating annually in BT5K and Miles for Moffitt marathons, and looks forward to expanding her volunteer work with animal causes. Outside of real estate, Gabrielle enjoys long walks along the Bay, always scanning for dolphins and manatees, beach days, kayaking, yoga, and gardening. She’s also passionate about astrology, design, and cooking competition shows. At home, her beloved cat, Gemma, is the heart of her world and constant source of joy.
