Born in Brandon and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Tyler has always felt deeply connected to the Sunshine State and its welcoming communities. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University, Tyler discovered his passion for connecting with people and creating meaningful experiences, a passion that would later guide his journey into real estate. His background in marketing provided a strong foundation for understanding consumer behavior, communication strategy, and the importance of authentic relationships, all key elements that now shape his approach as a real estate professional. Before becoming a real estate agent, Tyler worked as the Leasing and Marketing Manager at Park Place at Tampa, where he gained hands-on experience in property management, marketing, and client relations. In this role, he learned how to effectively present properties, listen to client needs, and deliver exceptional service from the first meeting through move-in. Prior to that, his time with Vail Resorts allowed him to further strengthen his communication skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment, developing his ability to stay calm under pressure and create genuine connections with people from all walks of life. These experiences taught him the importance of building trust, maintaining professionalism, and always putting clients first, principles that continue to define his work today. Tyler chose to pursue real estate because it perfectly combines his passion for people, service, and strategy. He thrives on helping others find a place that feels like home while ensuring every step of the process is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Described by clients and colleagues as balanced, service-driven, and ambitious, Tyler brings a thoughtful and client-centered approach to every transaction. His background in marketing gives him a strategic advantage when positioning listings, developing creative solutions, and navigating an ever-evolving market. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, or investors, Tyler’s goal is always the same, to provide personalized service rooted in honesty, professionalism, and care. Since relocating to Tampa in early 2025, Tyler has quickly fallen in love with the city’s dynamic energy, coastal beauty, and strong sense of community. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing in the Tampa Bay area, watching and playing sports, and traveling with his family. His love for exploration and connection mirrors his approach to real estate, genuine, energetic, and always focused on helping others find where they truly belong.
