My wife, Diana, and I moved to the beautiful gulf coast of Florida in 2004. We relocated here from the Outer Banks (OBX) of North Carolina where I was first licensed in Real Estate in 1985.<br>Before my real estate career started, I attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA followed by 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. Upon returning to my hometown of Portsmouth, VA, I was employed by the government for over 8 years in the nuclear electronics division for the Navy.<br>My wife and I moved to our second home on the Outer Banks permanently in 1978. We owned and operated multiple retail shops for the first few years before starting my real estate career in 1985.<br>Both my wife and I enjoy the sunshine, the beach, fishing, and golf and that is what brought us to SW Florida. No better place to enjoy life.<br>After starting real estate many years ago and for the past 16 years in the Venice area, I am still excited and enjoy assisting both buyers and sellers in accomplishing their dreams. I have always considered my job not to sell you anything but to offer you my knowledge, experience, and personal service to facilitate you in finding the right property to satisfy your wishes and dreams.
