My family and I arrived in Venice Florida in 1995. however, we came via a different route than most U.S. citizens. After living and owning a business in Jamaica West Indies, we arrived in Venice, sight unseen, with two children and one Golden Retriever. Little did we realize. then that we found our slice of Paradise. A small-town feel and a friendly community of people that seemed to be involved and intertwined within the Venice community.<br>Originally, from Philadelphia and having many fond memories growing up for the first 35 years of my life, I knew that Venice was a very special place to live. Our kids were fortunate to attend Venice High School and go on to attend the University of South Florida (USF) and Florida State (FSU).<br>After closing our business in 2003, I then became a Realtor Over those years, I have had many of my clients become close friends. For me, the real-estate business is a relationship business. People are entrusting me to deliver the best personal service possible, which is possibly the biggest decision of their lives. Whether it is a primary home, a second home, investment property, or their first home, in an entirely new location, making that a positive and enjoyable experience, is of the most important to me.<br>One of my goals in Real Estate has been to develop a team of other Realtors and an administrative staff that reflects my principles and ideals in the real estate business. A team that can work for our clients and gives them the best personal service possible. Thus, I have formed The Compass Group Florida team that will be diligent in working for people whether they are buying a home or listing a home. We will be there to make this the most positive, stress-free experience possible.
