Originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, Jennifer sold her vocational school of dog grooming, licensed by the State Board of Higher Education, which she opened, managed, and worked for 17 years. She moved to the Gulf side of Florida, “The Beautiful Sunshine State”! She loved what it had to offer with the beautiful, endless summers. She explored the incredible dining experiences, endless shopping, spirited culture, and stunning ambiance of the area. Jennifer bought a “tear-down” “PROJECT HOUSE” in Sarasota, intending to renovate it and keep the home to rent out for vacationers. She did most of the labor, including sawing up cement flooring to run plumbing for an old dining area to become a master bathroom. She fell in love throughout this process, and her passion for real estate grew. Jennifer loves the real estate business and wants to help others in their real estate journ eys.
