I have over 35 years of experience in Real Estate. I lived in Hawaii, California, and Oregon prior to moving to Florida. In California, I worked as a property manager for over 15 years. When I moved to Hawaii, I focused on selling real estate. In addition, I bought and sold real estate as an investor for 7 years prior to arriving in Florida. As a result, I understand the value of homes from the perspective of sellers, buyers and investors. When I arrived in Vero Beach, I immediately fell in love with the entire treasure coast, including Sebastian. I remember travelling down the road and saying out loud, "How can a place like this still exist in America≠" As I explored up and down the coast, I knew this was going to be my home for the rest of my life. Soon after I arrived, I obtained my Broker Associate Sales License. I have been selling what I love for over 11 years now.
